What is your return policy?

If any item is faulty, I will gladly replace or refund you. Personalised items cannot be returned.
Please check your order that all spelling is correct before ordering.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not just now as the web site is just starting but we will be offering them in the near future

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit or debit cards. We also accept paypal.

What if an item is not listed?

Please get in touch as I am very flexible as to what I can sew. If the colour is not available send me a message and I will see if I can order it for you.
